2015 STG Project Bike

As you’ve watched over the last couple years, we complete an annual bike build and then has a giveaway towards the end of the season. One lucky customer is drawn and will receive the fully built motorcycle, along with all the goodies that have been installed throughout the season.  Each year has been different for the motorcycle chosen, but Brian gives you step by step installation videos on many of the popular upgrades and seasonal maintenance items.

This year Van has decided to pick up 2015 Suzuki GSX-R600, as it is one of the most popular selling sportbikes on the market today for street or track use. The race proven machine delivers smooth power with the Dual Throttle Valve injection, improved throttle response and maximum torque with the Exhaust Tuning Valve and stainless steel exhaust with a titanium muffler. All the horsepower is handled with the Showa Big Piston front forks and stopped with the Brembo mono-block calipers.

Many track day enthusiasts use their motorcycle for street and track use, taping up the lights and removing the license plates on the weekends.  With this build, Van intends on showing you just that and more. He will be installing some of the hottest aftermarket parts that are suitable for street use and then many of the handy upgrades that will make it perform at the race track.

In addition to choosing a 600cc machine, he is changing up the build this year and will be making the Suzuki dual purpose street and track day bike. Brian will be building the Suzuki in accordance with Team M4 this year and it will be known as the Team M4 Sportbiketrackgear.com Suzuki GSX-R600, similar to the Honda CBR1000RR given away in 2014.

We’ve just taken delivery of the Suzuki, so stay tuned as more pictures and installation videos will be released soon!
