New Alpinestars Fall 2014 Launch

New Alpinestars Products Finally Released!

Do you ever feel like a kid in the candy store and you’re an adult?  That is exactly how we feel around the shop when new products come out, especially from Alpinestars!  We are very excited to announce some of the new products for the Fall 2014 line up and give you a first look at the items and product review videos.
As I am sure you are aware, we love race suits here at STG and we especially love new, high end leather suits.  The GP Tech one-piece leather suit stems from MotoGP and World Superbike technology and feedback and comes in at a price point just under Race Replica suit. This suit is constructed of a combination of Kangaroo and premium cowhide, so it will offer the a huge amount of abrasion resistance while remaining lightweight and comfortable.
In addition to Kangaroo adding comfort, there is an extreme amount of stretch material and leather accordion panels added to the construction of this suit.  All of these well thought out and designed features will simultaneously act together providing a superior fit and feel when riding your motorcycle.  Watch Brian’s full product review video for his thoughts, tips on fitment and full details!

The GP-R leather jacket has also been updated and improved for the 2014 riding season.  As a very popular leather jacket that has been in the lineup for a couple seasons, they’ve given it an update and somehow made it even better.  The GP-R now comes in a perforated and non-perforated version.Priced under $500, there really aren’t too many jackets that compare to the fit, feel and protection this jacket has to offer.  As many of other jackets from Alpinestars, you can upgrade the level of protection easily by adding the Bionic Chest Pads in the built in pockets or the Bionic Back Protector with the advanced multi-snap button system.

I cannot say enough about the new Alpinestars riding shoes, the San Diego and Anaheim.  Both extremely comfortable, true to size and simply badass!  If want a riding shoe that will provide fashion as well as function, then either of these will be a good option for you.

The San Diego is available in the black/dark gray and black color ways and is constructed of a micro fiber and canvas material.  The Anaheim has a taller ankle and is constructed of perforated leather.  Both riding shoes have ankle protection as well as a reinforced toe box and heel cup. In addition to the protection, they’ve taken steps to make sure that these will be extremely comfortable and give you the ability to wear it all day on or off your motorcycle.

In all, there are a ton of great new items available from Alpinestars!  The fall launch focuses on waterproof items as well as improving and updating some of the classics.  There is something for everyone in the Fall 2014 product line.
